Terms & Conditions

  1. A payment confirmation email does not mean that the funds have been settled to our bank yet. Vehicle processing and export begin only after the acquiring bank/payment gateway releases the settlement to Fusion Motors Trading FZE. If settlement is delayed or withheld for compliance checks, shipment timelines may also be delayed accordingly.
  2. As part of our compliance with UAE Anti Money Laundering (AML) regulations, we securely retain buyer verification records (KYC), payment evidence, and export documentation for regulatory review when required. We do not accept anonymous or unverifiable transactions
  3. Payment Term: 100% payment must be made immediately before shipment of the vehicle.
  4. Estimated Delivery: Delivery timeline is dependent on the availability of the next vessel to the customer’s desired destination.
  5. Balance Payment: Any outstanding balance must be cleared within 7 days. In case of failure, the transaction will beconsidered cancelled, and the advance payment will be treated as non-refundable.
  6. Auction Purchases & Bid Cancellations: If the customer chooses to purchase a vehicle directly through international auction houses using our company’s platform access (as explained on our "How to Buy" page), and later requests to cancel the vehicle after a successful bid, the following terms apply:
    • The vehicle will be relisted back into the auction for resale.
    • If the vehicle is sold at a lower price than the original purchase price, the customer will be liable to cover the loss in full.
    • If the vehicle is sold at a higher price, the company will refund only the original purchase price to the customer. Any additional profit amount will be retained by the company as a service and handling fee for managing the re-auctioning process.
    • Customers are advised to bid responsibly, as unnecessary cancellations damage our auction reputation, and repeated cancellations may result in denial of future bidding access.
  7. No Return / Exchange: Once a vehicle has been sold, it cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.
  8. Inspection Responsibility: Customers are strongly advised to inspect or verify the vehicle condition thoroughly before finalizing the purchase. The company shall not be responsible for any claims or complaints after the deal is concluded.
  9. Bank Charges: All bank transfer charges must be borne by the customer. If unpaid at the time of transfer, they will be added to the outstanding balance.
  10. Mode of Payment: Payment can be made via direct bank transfer to our company account or through a secure online payment link available on our website.
  11. Online Payment Processing Fee: For payments made via the online link, an additional 3.25% processing fee will apply. This fee is charged by our payment service provider and will be added to the final vehicle cost.
  12. Payment Settlement & Export Release

    When a customer makes an online payment through our website, an automated transaction receipt will be sent to both the customer’s registered email and to our company system.

    However, this receipt is not considered proof of funds received by the company. The export process will only begin after the payment has been fully settled and released to our bank account by the payment gateway/acquirer.

    Once the payment provider confirms settlement and the funds are credited to our bank account, we will issue an official payment release confirmation to the customer.

    Only after this confirmation will we begin preparing the shipping documents and initiating the export process.
