  1. Payment Methods

    • Cash payments for local buyers only (subject to compliance recording and verification).

  2. Vehicle Condition

    • All vehicles are sold “as-is”, exported in the same condition as inspected or shown in photos/videos.
    • No post-handover warranties or mechanical guarantees are provided once the vehicle is released from the UAE port, yard, or logistics provider.

  3. Service Geography

    • We serve buyers worldwide, except purchases for entities in sanctions-restricted jurisdictions, per UAE, international, and partner-bank compliance rules.

  4. KYC / AML Verification

    • Identity and ownership verification required before payment is accepted: passport/ID, company registration, trade license, proof of address, beneficial ownership docs.

  5. Proof of Delivery

    • Proof is complete once payment is received, shipping has commenced, and the vehicle is handed to the shipping line.
    • When the Bill of Lading (BL) is issued and shared, contractual delivery obligation is satisfied.
    • If the buyer fails to clear the vehicle at destination, we hold no liability for storage fees, penalties, confiscations, onward transport, or failure to collect.

    • Payer/cardholder must match verified buyer or company KYC details; mismatched transactions may be held, cancelled, or reported to AML regulators.

Refund & Returns Policy

  1. General Policy

    • Vehicle purchases are final once shipping has commenced. We operate a strict no-refund policy once the Bill of Lading (BL) is issued or the vehicle has entered the shipping/loading process.

  2. When a refund may be considered

    • Refunds may be reviewed only before:
      • BL issuance;
      • Yard handover / port delivery;
      • Shipping booking confirmation;
      • Customs export finalization.
    • If approved, deducted expenses may apply (inspection, port fees, documentation, allocation/holding costs, currency exchange fees, bank charges).

  3. Chargebacks / fraudulent disputes

    • Disputes raised after shipment are treated as fraudulent chargebacks; legal and documentary evidence will be provided to protect the transaction.

  4. Delivery & timelines

    • Timelines vary by region, vessel availability, customs clearance, or force majeure. We are not liable for delays outside our control once the vehicle is handed to the carrier.

  5. Governing Law

    • All transactions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates; jurisdiction shall be the Courts of Dubai (UAE).
